Axie Infinity announced on July 1st that it had begun selling tickets for AxieCon, the first-ever P2E gaming conference, which will be held in Barcelona (Spain) from September 7th to September 10th, 2022.
AxieCon is a location where fans of the Axie Infinity game may get together and share the project with the mission, vision, and roadmap development in the near future, according to the game developer from Sky Mavis.
Furthermore, Axie Infinity announced that it will hold the Axie Infinity World Championship during AxieCon, which will include three tournaments with a total prize pool of one million USD in AXS tokens.
After more than a half-year of changing the game’s bonus mechanism by removing the SLP coin, Axie Infinity is aiming to build a clearer community and promote the esports aspect of the game with AxieCon.
