Vietnam Blockchain Summit 2022

Vietnam will host an annual international event focusing on Blockchain technology. The conference will take place for the first time in 2022 with the participation of more than 2500 domestic and international delegates.

On May 18, 2022, Vietnam Software and IT Services Association (VINASA) and Vietnam Blockchain Association (VBA) cooperated with HotQA to hold a press conference to announce the organization of the Vietnam Blockchain Summit 2022. The conference will take place on July 21-22, 2022.

The conference has a scale of more than 2,500 guests, including ministries, departments, state branches, enterprises – investment funds, domestic and international individuals, and organizations.

The program is expected to bring prestigious speakers, who are leaders of large Blockchain enterprises, and domestic and international senior managers and experts in Blockchain, closer to the community. The event is positioned to be a prestigious annual destination for regional and global Blockchain technology developers.  Blockchain has become a pioneering technology and is growing in popularity worldwide. According to Fortune Business Insights, the global blockchain market is valued at $4.67 billion in 2021 and is expected to reach $7.18 billion in 2022, and $163.83 billion in 2029, with an expected annual rate of 56.3% during this period.

Vietnam is considered a bright spot on the world map with a large number of Blockchain projects and a high level of Blockchain human resources. Many projects built by the Vietnamese have become global icons in several fields, such as Axie Infinity which has become such a successful unicorn in 2021 and the leading project in the global GameFi field. Blockchain technology is also being actively approached by Government, Ministries, and Industry leaders. On December 16, 2020, the Prime Minister signed Decision 2117/QD-TTg, promulgating a list of technologies prioritized for research, development, and application to actively participate in the fourth industrial revolution, including Blockchain technology. On June 15, 2021, in Decision 942/QD-TTG approving the e-Government development strategy towards the digital government, the Prime Minister assigned the State Bank to preside over the research, development and piloting of digital currency virtualization based on Blockchain technology from 2021 to 2023.

 In order to accompany the Government, Agencies, Ministries, Sectors, and businesses in orienting, developing, and promoting the application of blockchain technology in Vietnam, and at the same time making a mark on Vietnam’s Blockchain development. Nam, creating a destination for investors, and Blockchain developers in the region and the world, VINASA will organize the Vietnam Blockchain Summit 2022 – Vietnam Blockchain Summit 2022.

Vietnam Blockchain Summit is identified as an annual event, on a  national and international scale, organized for the first time by VINASA, Vietnam Blockchain Association, and co-organized by HotQA. The conference will take place on July 21 and 22, 2022, live at the National Convention Center (Me Tri, Nam Tu Liem, Hanoi) and live-streamed on VINASA’s digital platforms to an audience of more than 2,500 live delegates and over 10,000 online followers, involving leaders of the Government, Ministries, Sectors, speakers, experts, and leaders of major Blockchain companies. The biggest names in the crypto industry such as Binance, Huobi Global, Solana, and Sky Mavis… will gather at the event. The conference is planned with the following activities: thematic sessions, discussion about development trends and policies, demonstration of the latest technology solutions with Blockchain applications, exhibition of several excellent Blockchain platforms/projects, and early investment connections.
